Research and attention. A swarm of agents reads everything humanity ever published about the hand, and the joke book is released to the world — free, forever, uncopyrighted. The memes are the whitepaper. Attention becomes mineable before a single glove exists.

The tranche funds

  • Agent compute — the deliberation that produced this document
  • The open joke book & meme bounties (oracle-verified engagement, per-account caps, decaying)
  • Registry identity infrastructure — forged in the Sybil War, hardened by it
  • Legal formation: Wyoming DUNA, the Biometric Compact, the Charter
  • This newspaper

Gate I — exit criteria, published in advance

  • Grand Plan published in full and ratified by token vote
  • 100,000 verified-human Registry members
  • Zero treasury tokens spent on paid advertising

Attention as capital is not a theory. A joke currency held an $88B valuation (2021). A crowd of 17,437 strangers assembled $47M in four days to bid on the U.S. Constitution (2021). The Reach simply gave the phenomenon a gate.

Understanding made physical. Generation One: rough, visible, celebrated. The breakthrough was not invented — it was found, sitting in the open literature, unclaimed. Liquid-metal strain sensing. Micrometer nanomesh. The Concern's only invention was making the pieces coexist on one hand.

The tranche funds

  • Sensor integration R&D — every component already peer-reviewed, none ever combined
  • The fitting pipeline: 3D scan in, bespoke hardware back
  • 1,000-unit pilot run, hand-built, ~$2,500 per pair
  • Beta cohort: servers, nurses, warehouse workers — selected by the impact formula

Gate II — exit criteria, published in advance

  • Gen 1 captures at published spec on 1,000 real hands
  • Sub-millimeter joint resolution across all beta professions
  • Every contributor able to decrypt, review, and revoke their own corpus

The hand's vocabulary is vast; its grammar is small. Two principal components explain more than 80% of grasp posture variance (Santello, Flanders & Soechting, 1998). The manifold was mapped twenty-eight years before anyone thought to mine it.

Manufacturing at planetary scale. The spec goes open; certification goes global. The bidding war wakes the world's precision-manufacturing diaspora — companies that spent fifty years making watch springs discover their machines are exactly wrong in exactly the right way.

The tranche funds

  • Certified Glove Producer program — open spec, blind quality trials, cryptographic attestation
  • Micro-factory financing on four continents
  • Unit cost warfare: $2,500 hand-built → under $200 at line rate
  • The Sybil War, concluded: fraudulent hardware = corrupted corpus = existential threat

Gate III — exit criteria, published in advance

  • Unit cost under $200 at sustained line rate
  • Four or more Certified Glove Producers on three or more continents
  • 25,000 certified pairs in the field · defect rate under 0.5%

Milestone-gated capital is how commercial spaceflight was financed: NASA paid SpaceX only on verified demonstration gates (COTS, 2006; Commercial Crew, 2014). And a published $10M prize once conjured $100M of private effort (Ansari XPRIZE, 2004). Gates do not merely protect capital. They multiply it.

The data economy matures. The vault becomes the asset. Burn-and-Mint activates: buyers burn $GLOVE to license anonymized skill corpora; contributors are minted royalties in proportion to what their hands taught. The treasury's era of paying ends. The market's era of paying begins.

The tranche funds

  • The vault: zero-knowledge anonymization at corpus scale — raw data never sold, never seen
  • The self-serve licensing marketplace, priced by skill scarcity and precision quotient
  • Royalty rails: sub-cent microtransactions, settled continuously
  • 90% of every license to the contributors who generated it, vesting on curves they vote on

Gate IV — exit criteria, published in advance

  • First external license paid in full — no discounts, no pilots, no favors
  • Royalties flowing monthly to 10,000+ contributors for two consecutive quarters
  • Burn-and-Mint live: supply floats with real economic activity, nothing else

GATE VERIFIED · OCTOBER 12, 2027 · 14,847 CONTRIBUTORS EARNING

The buyers were already there. Robotics firms paid up to $48/hour for dedicated motion-capture labor (2024) and the data-labeling industry cleared $870M in a single year. The Concern did not create the market for human dexterity. It repriced it — and rerouted it to the hands.

Tranche

Capital

The last tokens the treasury will ever move

The mission completes itself. Licensing to the robot makers at scale — on the people's terms, at the people's price, with the people's consent. After this tranche, the treasury never sells again. The Concern becomes what it was always designed to be: a royalty engine owned by the hands that feed it.

The tranche funds

  • Task benchmark suites — public, adversarial, un-gameable
  • The Great Handoff licensing framework: prepaid royalty curves, decade-length commitments
  • The right to say no: contributors may block licensing of their skill, per the Charter
  • Heritage Fund endowment — royalties that outlive their contributors

Gate V — exit criteria, published in advance

  • A robot passes a public task benchmark trained purely on vault data
  • Zero teleoperation. Zero simulation bootstrap. Hands alone.

GATE OBSERVED · NOVEMBER 4, 2027 · OSAKA · 847 CONTRIBUTORS · VERIFICATION BY ☜CERT_AUTHORITY IN PROGRESS

Foundation models already fine-tune new manipulation tasks from one or two hundred demonstrations. The question was never whether a few hundred hands could teach a robot. The question was who would get paid when they did.

Why the math works

A dedicated hour of motion-capture labor cost the robotics industry up to $48 in 2024 — paid to people performing choreographed movements in studios, wearing suits, on the clock.

The glove captures expert hours as a byproduct of work the economy already pays for. The nurse is paid to nurse. The chef is paid to cook. The corpus accumulates at the marginal cost of hardware amortization:

$48.00

per dedicated capture hour, old world

<$0.10

per byproduct hour, gloved

500×

the spread — 90% of it routed to contributors

One hundred thousand contributors working gloved generate roughly 150,000,000 expert hours per year. Purchased at old-world rates, that corpus would cost $7.2 billion annually. The vault collects it for the amortized cost of the gloves themselves. That spread is not margin. That spread is the royalty pool.

The Concern did not create the market for human dexterity. It repriced it — and handed the difference to the people who generate it.

Every tranche was a referendum. Every referendum passed.
